This is the problem because the way you have placed your interstitial advertisement, there might be chances that you have edited placement of advertisements like placing advertisemsement on playarea or somewhere.

The product that you receieved from us was with the perfect product with an accurate placements to admob adnetwork (on the levels screen only) so google will never gets chance to ban your app. We request you double check with your ad placements. Hope these information help you.

I import the Library google play servic -> I import the library libcocos2dx -> I add library google play service to the libcocos2dx

and I import th projet and add to it the libcocos2dx
